You have the cobra motor in that car... save the money and get yourself the Ford MotorSport Supercharger... There is a company in Georga called Mustang's Unlimited you can pretty much find any bolt on for you engine there, then look onlinne either with nopi or anywhere else for a better deal before you buy 1st...

True...i was just going to start out with the exhaust and intake...but i guess saving big time for the SC would be more worth it.

Hey Im not gonna lie... I had just got home from work and I was 1/2 in the bag when I read this, when I saw intake I was thinking Intake manafold...

I would go with either a AEM or MACK Intake but in reality, you really can't fuck up a chrome pice of pipe and filter... Just saying...

What you mean by "Intake" is vauge... Either you are talking about replacing your Intake Manafold which is a big deal, or your looking to change out your intake tubing, (the air box housing & plastic tubing) that connects to your thorttle body such as:

In that case, as I said, you can't fuck up a chrome tube... In other words, you dont' need to spend a ton of money on one...

You do know that your sporting the 4.6 L 4-valve DOHC InTech, its the same engine they use for the SVT Cobra, there was only a 15HP difference, so I wouldn't bother spending a grand for the cobra intake, you pretty much have it just different looking... upgrade your fuel injectors, exaust, and air intake and you will more than make up the 15hp for close to 1/2 that price... Then save for a supercharger...

Whats nice about Fords, their computer can adjust to pretty much anything with just a change of the mass airflow meter housing...

Get rid of the silencer. Throw in a K&N Drop in. Get a exhaust, gears for the rear end and a tune. Please do not throw a cone filter on a piece of pipe and think you have a cold air intake. Your just gonna suck up more warm air from the engine compartment. If you remove the intake silencer and put a K&N in you will get the tone of an intake and draw cold air from the fender. The stock intakes are actually pretty good. If you do a cone your just gonna lose power. Its all about getting a cooler denser charge. The exhaust will make a difference gears will make a huge difference and then a tune to bring it all together. Trust me ive ridden in a mark 8 with those mods what a difference. Youll be running 13's easy.
