Ok guys I have jus changed out my internal wastegate and now I cannot build any boost.
Boost/vacume gauge reads up to 0 then wont read any higher pulls all the way to redline no problem idk wtf is goin on..
I figured I would ask for help and advice from the crew before I went to dsm tuners site.
Modds include 6 bolt swap,e3 560 injectors,wally 255lph,272/272 cams,mhi 16g turbo,bse kit,full 3 inch megan catless,full greddy front mount kit,unorthadoux adjustable cam gears,no name mbc.
Jus to name a few mods...

(ic does have a small hole but I was boosting before I changed wastegate) scratch Laughing Laughing Crying or Very sad

maybe with the new wastegate, and it actually working right, your not gonna build boost cuz it wont compensate for the hole anymore.

your new waste gate is problay set to a very low presure rate and its just blowing thru... also make sure you connectd your MBC in the right direction and adjusted to significant pressure as well...

I'm sure lach can shead some light on it too once he sees this...

Allright lets see jeff yes the arm is connected, tini it is ok fact of the matter bein I should run a external setup with the 16g bein notorious for creep and all so what I am gonna do is hook up a line to the wastegate and pressurize it see if and what psi it will open up at and take it from there I will post my findings on the matter in a lil bit thanks for the help so far. At any rate, if your not building boost, it may be because you have a leak in the system, chances are its on the exaust side of the turbo, because you'd be running like shit if it was on the intake side... Make sure the wastegate you put in, is closing and the seal is seating properly, make sure the arm is the correct one for that syle WG and that it's not bent or has any rust or nicks on it around where it enters the WG that it might be getting caught on...

Well i tried chris lol just going from exp but you are correct if you are running an e3b16g get a TiAL 38mm ewg if you feel the need a 44mm....but here are a few other things to try out first

1: Boost leak test

2: Leak down Test

3: make sure everything is run and connected right

4: see if you can find another i/c core and run it like that

5: If none of the above steps work call Dyno Tech Tuning @ 5083663966 and talk to Brian and let him know your troubles and he might walk you thru it

Ok guys test results are in and wastegate is fine pops open at 15 psi like it should and upon further examination the mbc hoses were backwards so fixed those now the whole issue is that the wastegate needs to be shimmed it was not allowing the flapper to close there for building no boost so now im off to buy sum washers to fix and we will see how it goes then
